Where Have I been?

Hi Everyone, 

I have been MIA for a few weeks now. I have seriously had so much going on, I have been a crazy lady; getting ready for all the holiday stuff, holiday art festivals, (4 in a row)! I am now relaxing in AZ with my in-laws. I have been taking so many pictures but I forgot my camera cord to download pics.. aughh. So when I get back into town I will be uploading a bunch of new posts and such.

I wanted to get a little bit more real here... another reason for not blogging is that I miscarried 2 weeks ago, and have been in a little bit of a funk. Travis and I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now. And when we finally decided to give up trying last month because we're moving back to California in the spring, then we got pregs.  that's what everyone says. You get pregnant when you stop trying ... 

Anyways we are planning to MOVE!! yes! I'm very excited all of this is happening. Maybe you can see why I haven't been blogging so much, because of all these life changes are happening.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas... we went to Travis's parents cabin for 3 days, rode the ATV's alot looking for elk and deer. We did see alot of fresh tracks, and few Elk ran in front of one of our ATVs.! so that was cool!  I also spotted a coyote and I yelled "wolf!" and Travis said, "there's no wolves here, its a coyote."  we also took Teags sledding with Grandma and Grandpa.  Now we plan to drive to California tomorrow for 5 days. We have alot of great friends there and everyone is having babies! So more fun and excitement coming our way! and Hopefully a day at Disneyland! Happy New year all!

Boulder CO Trip

This past week was a bitter sweet trip to CO. Travis ( the hub) older half brother, Kent, past at the age of 43. All of  Travis's family flew out from all over, Dallas, AZ, San Francisco. It was really great to be together since we only see each other once or twice a yr. But under the circumstances it was tough. The day after the funeral we went to Boulder to see the house Travis lived in when he was born until the age of 2. It was seriously amazing! I wish they still owned it. It was a chalet type house in the foothills of the Rockies, deer were every where as you can see in the pictures. It was so beautiful. It was a short 3 day trip. Here are a few pictures.
