I've been really inspired lately by Native American Indians. I have been wanted to step out of my comfort zone. I actually took a month off from producing any art, to rest and think of what I want to focus on in the next yr. I usually tend to resort to "what sells mode" I think most artists might struggle with this. Usually my small birds and animal are cute are very "sell -able". I know this new art is more risk taking for me. But I want to grow as an artist and want to challenge myself. I usually work with acrylic and now I am challenging myself with watercolors. The watercolors below are just the start of something new. I was doing these smaller piece as studies for some bigger stuff. I have to admit I like where its going. Hope you do to!
